Today, I had a consultation. I was asked personal questions about my medical history that are important to me and will be very important for the upcoming treatment. They listened carefully to what I had to say about my background. I was also given detailed information about the personal costs/cost coverage by my health insurance or financing. The consultation was very informative for me, and the conversation was very pleasant and friendly overall.

But it says on the website that you would write to the health insurance companies. After the consultation yesterday I was told that I have to do it myself.
