From the first consultation to the signing of the contract at the notary's office, Ms. Brakonier provided us with excellent support. Her sympathy, her intuition, her charm are impressive additions to her extraordinary professional competence. After each visit by a prospective buyer, we received a short text message about her impression.
The sales process sometimes posed problems for us sellers (cf. creditworthiness of the buyers, their applications to the bank ...); however, Ms. Brakonier was always quickly available and provided us with clear answers to our various questions.
We contacted Pohl Immobilien because of their very good reputation and do not regret our decision
