We had our trifocal lens implantation performed by Dr. Akin Akyurt in Istanbul and are thrilled! Dr. Akyurt is extremely competent, precise, and trustworthy. Adem Ergüsel, our customer service representative, was always helpful, friendly, and well-organized. We highly recommend this practice—excellent medical care and professional service all around!

It was a great experience to go through the whole thing. Excellent support from our German-speaking supervisor/organizer. Adem was there for us at all times with help and advice. We can only recommend this agency to everyone. The clinic is excellent, with a very competent doctor (who speaks perfect German) who explains everything in detail. The entire team is very courteous.

A really great team, both in the clinic and the care provided by Adem on site and in the organization and consultation phase by Clemens Weber. The post-operative care is also excellent. Questions are answered quickly and in detail. Unfortunately, I have had other experiences. This was my 2nd HT here and due to my bad experience with my 1st HT in another clinic, I decided to go with Health Travels this time, which was definitely the right decision. I can therefore only recommend Health Travels!

Everything was very well organized. From the pick-up at the airport to the hotel and the pick-up to the clinic. The supervisors Adem Ergürsel and Matthias Weber were very nice and helpful.
The doctor, Dr. Akin Akyurt, is very competent and also spoke very good German.
The operation was a complete success and I can now see very well without glasses.
I would definitely do it again

I did a lot of research beforehand and also had my hair situation assessed in Germany. What convinced me about Health Travels was the competent, unobtrusive advice from Mr. Weber. He was also the only one to deal intensively with possible further hair loss by asking about hair loss in my family and, in my opinion, gave me the most realistic information about the likely outcome. The costs are higher compared to the cheap providers in Turkey, but it was worth it to me. Once I was there, I felt confident in my decision. The on-site support from Adem was first-class and the operation by Dr. Hakan's team was also very satisfactory. I can't say anything about the result yet, as I'm only at the beginning of the second week, but I'm currently very happy with my decision and am looking forward to the final result in a few months' time.

The organization, the preliminary information and all areas around the surgery were excellent. But nothing comes close to the performance of Dr. Akın Akyurt, who has a wonderful way of dealing with patients, doesn't make promises he can't keep and puts his heart and soul into his patients. I would like to take this opportunity to thank him once again from the bottom of my heart for his service, which saved my eyesight. THANK YOU SO MUCH! You are fantastic, dear Dr. Akın Akyurt!

I felt well looked after by Health Travels from A to Z. The company provides open and honest advice about what is possible - and what is not. I always received helpful answers to all my questions without ever being pressured into treatment.

It was clear to me that if I was going to have this procedure, it would be with a doctor who would look after me for a whole day and not accept any other patients. For this reason, I didn't even consider the large clinics in Turkey. Health Travels was able to offer me exactly what I was looking for.

I chose Prof. Dr. Sahinoglu and I am extremely satisfied with his professional work. For a hair transplant in Istanbul, it was important for me to feel comfortable in a familiar environment from the very first moment - and that was exactly the experience I had.

I can therefore highly recommend Health Travels as an organization and Prof. Dr. Sahinoglu as a doctor.

Everything went really well! I can only recommend it. Whether it's the information before the operation or the service on site, everything is rated well above 5 stars. The quality of life that you get is simply indescribable. The lens exchange was absolutely the right decision, as was the clinic. I would do it again tomorrow and recommend it without hesitation.
Mr. Edem's support was very professional. He always had the answer to every question, whether it was about the operation or the stay in Istanbul. Many thanks again for that.

The decision to have eye surgery in Istanbul was one of the best
I could have made.
At the ultra-modern Veni Vidi Göz clinic, I had trifocal lenses implanted by the first-class, very nice, German-speaking Dr. Akin Akyurt,
German-speaking Dr. Akin Akyurt. I could see clearly the very next day.
Health Travels provided perfect support right from the start, including transfers and hotel organization.
On site I was professionally accompanied by Adem Ergürsel, who was friendly and available at all times.
I would recommend this clinic and the entire team without reservation.

Clemens was at my side with advice and support from day one. He listened to my concerns and my opinions on the subject of hair transplants and worked with me to decide which clinic was right for me. He was also able to help me find an appointment. I had already booked a flight as I actually wanted to go to another clinic first. Thanks to Clemens, there was no need to book a new flight and I was able to keep everything as usual.
At the clinic, Clemens was at my side for 2 days, examined my results several times, was able to ease some of my worries and gave me positive feedback.

I would recommend Clemens at any time!

From the pick-up at the airport to the transfer to the hotel and the follow-up check, everything went absolutely smoothly. I would particularly like to emphasize the German-speaking accompanying person who looked after me the whole time, answered all my questions at any time and was also always available via WhatsApp.

The clinic we chose together has designed a very natural hairline that already looks very clean and natural - even though the final result will of course only be visible in 6-12 months. The entire treatment was extremely professional and hygienic. The whole team was super friendly, helpful and hospitable. Even catering was provided in the clinic.

So far I am more than satisfied and feel that I am in good hands - a clear recommendation!
