After my old electric trolley gave up the ghost, I started looking for a new one. Based on the many positive reviews and experiences of friends, Tour Made had the perfect trolley for me: the HC9. The service, advice, and delivery were absolutely perfect! After just two days, it was delivered to my home, unpacked and assembled. What can I say? It's just great. Top quality, looks and handling. I can only recommend this trolley to everyone. I also bought a cart bag, which is also of superb quality and workmanship. Thanks to Felix and his team! If I could, I would give it 6 stars. You can't go wrong buying from here. Keep up the good work, Tour Made team.

I was not disappointed in any way and the trolley arrived before Christmas as promised. Thanks again for the lovely Christmas present :-) The Haicaddy® HC9TiC Titan Carbon electric golf trolley is a real feast for the eyes and the workmanship is impeccable. As I am very happy with my Tourmade e-trolley, my wife also decided to buy one. The purchase was simply a great experience. It was easy to arrange an appointment, personal advice on the spot (they had time for us), all our questions were answered and the electric trolley was demonstrated extensively.
Even a small defect in the charge level indicator on my battery was rectified unbureaucratically during the sales meeting.
We are very satisfied and would recommend Tour Made GmbH at any time

Great customer service that is very personal and engaging. Shipping was lightning fast. The assembly is self-explanatory.
The trolley has been with me for 11 days now and has already completed six 18-hole rounds. The battery easily manages 36 holes (in hilly terrain with a lot of elevation gain) and still had three lights on afterwards. It could probably manage another 18 holes. The accessories are also great.

What convinces me most about Tourmade is the excellent advice and service, especially when something doesn't work. The advice is very competent and customer-friendly. Spare parts are delivered within a very short time. As a golfer, I feel like the owner of a used car. If I don't have a good service partner, I'm at a loss. That's why I feel particularly well looked after by Tourmade. Tourmade's range has developed continuously in recent years and covers a broad spectrum. Quality is offered at a reasonable price. It is therefore clear to me that I will also buy my next trolley from Tourmade.

I have been using the Tour Made HC7 in black 2-3 times a week for almost 2 years. Still works perfectly, no signs of wear so far.
Disassembly is very easy, the transport bag is very functional if you are traveling and want to pack it.
