Very fast delivery, finally a shipping company where you can pay by invoice and not PayPal. Customer service is very friendly and competent. The wool (Merino Big) is a dream and the (free) instructions can be followed 1:1. Definitely a 100% recommendation.

Proper names and characteristics (composition, suitability for what, colors, photos) of the products are sometimes difficult to relate to each other! A simple list is not enough for me! I would like to see photos and descriptions right next to each other!

Unfortunately, knots cannot be avoided because the yarn comes to the balling machine on approx. 2 kg cones and the next cone is automatically knotted at the end of the cone. With jacquard patterns, the wool must be unwound after the knot until the repeat is continued. It was my first time at Rellana and I was a customer both in the factory outlet and online. There is a huge selection of sock yarns on site, as well as others. I particularly liked the fact that the instructions, which can also be found on the website, were available in printed form and could often be found right next to the matching yarn. So you have immediate inspiration if you fall in love with a yarn. :-) For one of my projects (the felt hat), I ended up missing a ball of yarn (tip for anyone who wants to make it too: I needed four and a half, so buy five, according to the instructions it's about four), so I quickly ordered the missing one online. Although it was the weekend and just before Christmas, my ball of yarn arrived in two working days and I was able to finish my project. I am very pleased with the quality so far, the hat has turned out really beautifully. It's worth visiting the store if you want to touch the wool beforehand and the colors always look a little different in the pictures on the Internet - I picked up a yarn that I wouldn't have ordered in this color online, but I really liked the color in real life. Conclusion: I would definitely order again, at the factory outlet you have to think about how important it is to touch the yarn - at least if, like for me, the journey is quite long.
