The preliminary service was absolutely great. I sent photos of the apartment, received a quote for a fixed price within a day and any questions I had about planning were dealt with quickly and easily via WhatsApp. On the day of the move itself, everything was perfectly organized. They packed all the furniture carefully and asked questions if anything was unclear to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. The transportation, dismantling and assembly of the furniture went smoothly. As a thank you from the company, I received a Bosch cordless screwdriver🥳, which I thought was a really useful gift.

I had to find a removal company at short notice for a move from Munich to the island of Rügen. The Rambo Group was the only removal company able to offer me two prompt appointments. There were a few challenges to overcome. The parking situation in Schwabing, hasty preparations on my part, a lift and reaching the removal destination, which was over 900 km away, on the same day. Matthias and his colleagues solved all the problems and carried out the move in a friendly and optimistic manner within the planned time frame. Unconditionally recommendable.

Quick help was needed for a short-term care relocation. The team worked reliably, carefully and with a great deal of understanding for the situation. The transport of the care beds and furniture went smoothly, and even narrow corridors were mastered without damage.

Yesterday we celebrated our first anniversary in our new home with the family and we remembered what an incredible achievement the Rambo Group was back then. That's why I'm only now finally writing this review. A year ago, we moved from Warngau to a community near Schwäbisch Hall, almost 300 kilometers away, and it was no small move! House, garden, garage, barn, cellar, three floors - really everything had to go. The guys from the Rambo Group were at our place at 4:00 in the morning and were finished in Baden-Württemberg by seven in the evening. Three large full trucks, over 300 boxes, countless boxes of clothes - and no elevators at either address! Nevertheless, everything went perfectly. We had also booked the full packing service, and that was the best decision ever. About two months after we moved in, in December last year, when I was unpacking the last boxes of kitchen contents with my daughter, I even called the Rambo Group again just to say thank you. Nothing was broken or scratched, everything arrived intact and tidy, including the porcelain crockery. You can just tell that they know what they're doing and how best to pack crockery and other items, and that they put their hearts into it. You rarely see so much diligence, friendliness and reliability these days. I would absolutely recommend them - I'm really glad we chose the Rambo Group back then. If I could, I would give them ten stars. I already recommended this company to our old and new neighbors last year.

We hired Rambo Group to move my mother after a long period of illness. The team worked very respectfully and patiently - especially important for a senior move. They dismantled the furniture, transported it and reassembled it in the new home. They also took care of small additional tasks such as disposing of old furniture.

I recently moved from Grünwald to Starnberg and hired Rambo Group. The entire moving service - from packing to transporting and assembling the furniture - was very well organized. The removal men handled delicate items with care. The price was also exactly as quoted. All in all, a smooth process without any stress.

Our office move within Munich (from Bogenhausen to Lehel) was professionally organized by Rambo Umzüge. The movers were punctual, friendly and equipped with suitable means of transportation. The possibility of assembling the furniture on site was particularly helpful, so that all workstations were ready for use again on the same day. We are more than thrilled! Our move wasn't exactly small - one part went to Stuttgart, the other was first stored in Munich for several weeks and then moved to the new apartment. Everything went absolutely smoothly from start to finish.

Organizationally, the whole thing was at the highest level. The team packed all the boxes themselves - and in the end, not a single glass, bottle or plate was damaged. The employees even brought their own door wedges and professionally covered the entire entrance area, including the door, with padding to protect it from possible scratches during transportation. We have never experienced so much care during a move before.

All the employees were young, friendly and in a great mood - that made the atmosphere very pleasant. Special praise goes to the team leader Matthias: absolutely professional, confident and at the same time super likeable.

We only worked with a well-known large removal company in Munich last year - that was okay, but with the Rambo Group it really is a completely different league in terms of organization, packing and care.

My wife and our dog are also very happy with this decision. Sure, nobody likes moving - but when it works out like it does with Rambo Group, it's honestly the best thing that can happen. You can sit back, relax and let go of at least some of the stress.

The next move is coming up next year, and one thing is certain: we're booking the Rambo Group again - and we really hope that Matthias will lead the team again!

The Rambo Group took on the installation of a very heavy designer kitchen for us, including carrying it up a narrow staircase. Where other companies would have refused, they found a solution - with special transportation equipment, a lot of experience and a visible passion for their work. Everything was installed with millimeter precision, nothing was damaged. Craftsmanship and humanity at the highest level.

We organized our customer's move from Switzerland to Germany together with the Rambo Group, and all the work was carried out cleanly and correctly as agreed. The team was on site on time, covered and protected everything neatly and took the utmost care when transporting the furniture into the apartment. Short-term relocation Munich - Luxembourg

My daughter's move from Munich to Luxembourg was suddenly on the brink: the planned transporter was canceled one day before the move (a Sunday). On Saturday morning I called what felt like half of Munich - nobody was available, nobody wanted to work at the weekend or the people on the phone were so unpleasant that you wouldn't want to trust them with your things.

Then finally Alex from the Rambo Group answered the phone. I already had a good feeling after the first few seconds. He immediately assured us that the move could take place the next morning - which was our salvation, because the apartment had to be empty on Monday.

On Sunday morning at 7:00 a.m., the employee and his van were right on time in front of the house. I had flown to Munich myself to help my daughter pack and I have to say: I was really impressed. Everything was packed extremely quickly, but at the same time very carefully. And then the lugging: 4th floor without elevator - and yet the employee carried everything down alone.

We were already unloaded in Luxembourg at 3 p.m. - after a 550 km drive! My husband was there and only had positive things to say: friendly, personable, professional. Unloading took less than half an hour.

To be honest, we would never have thought that such a long move at such short notice could run so smoothly and professionally. You can tell that there really are professionals at work here - with the right work clothes, all the materials and, above all, the right attitude. No comparison with the "half-measures" that we are used to.

Conclusion: Everything was done in just 8.5 hours - from the 4th floor of Munich without an elevator to complete unloading in Luxembourg. We are simply grateful and would book the Rambo Group again at any time.
