The advice is still very good and I am very satisfied with the bike suggested to me and recommend it to others.

I have been the enthusiastic owner of a Hase Kettwiesel cross bike for 11 months now. The advice I received was extremely professional, competent and tailored to my individual needs. The bike repair was accepted quickly. The repair was carried out quickly and I was informed immediately that my bike could be collected. The repair costs were okay. I was therefore completely satisfied.

We particularly appreciate the detailed and well-founded advice and the attention to our personal ideas, both when choosing the right bike as well as for accessories and special requests. They never tried to talk us into anything, but gave us suggestions and offers that were tailored to our own needs. Our questions were taken seriously and answered in detail. Communication was friendly and open, in a pleasant atmosphere. Minor "conversion work" was carried out directly when we picked up the bikes.
