It is a very special space that Lino and his team create. I was very touched by the way they responded to each individual person and the whole group. I can give all my emotions and feelings a place and a value in this particularly protected space. I can feel my own way through it slowly... "come out of myself": breathing loudly, shaking meditatively, expressing joy, yawning, being vulnerable. Difficult moments are given space to notice your own next limit and get moving again. If fear has once again limited me, there is space to dissolve this limitation. What do I need to feel good? What is changing for me and what do I want to give up? I experience a greater understanding of myself and gain self-confidence. The attentive presence of Lino and his team gave me a lot of security and moved me deeply. Thank you very much!

Thank you for the lovingly clear space. For me, this weekend was above all a deep arrival at myself. I felt safe, seen and not pressured - and it was precisely because of this that a new expanse was able to open up within me. The mixture of silence, bodywork and presence was very harmonious for me. It was particularly touching that I was able to practice closeness without losing myself. I went home with more gentleness, strength and inner clarity. Thank you very much for your great work and the mindful setting.

A touching and deep tantra seminar
Prahavi and Tom are two incredibly warm, peaceful and balanced people who conduct their seminars with a lot of love, mindfulness and humor. I have rarely felt so comfortable and at the same time so open. My heart was deeply touched and, together with my partner, I was able to immerse myself intensively in the subject of tantra.
I am going home fulfilled, grateful and with a wealth of experiences.

We were able to experience a wonderful, warm and loving seminar with Pravahi. Overall, the participants certainly reach their limits here and there, but exploring and exceeding the supposed limits is so worthwhile. We felt taken seriously, understood and supported at all times. The structure of the seminar weekend offers so much space to feel and grow. Everyone for themselves and also with each other.
Pravahi and Tom know how to turn a group of individuals into a unit, despite their great differences. There was simply so much love and freedom and we learned an incredible amount.
