An entirely positive experience. The order took a while to complete, but the delivery time was actually slightly shorter than promised. The quality of the paper and the printing (colors, details, etc.) is not just good, it's excellent. Even a print is a work of art in its own right. Definitely worth the price and highly recommended.

I would recommend Meisterdrucke without hesitation. From first placing the order to final delivery, an outstanding service. I wanted a print of Albrecht Durer's Young Hare picture as I had one which had been ruined by water damage. I could not find one anywhere on line in the UK to the exact dimensions I wanted. So I found Meisterdrucke in Austria and decided to place an order. The replacement is far better quality than the one I had originally. Also the service is outstanding - you are kept informed the whole time of the process and they delivered ahead of schedule (even though we are close to Christmas). The packaging is excellent and they included some beautiful postcards. All in all an outstanding customer experience and I would not hesitate to order from them again.

The delivery by Bpost was absolutely disastrous.
The reported delivery time made no sense at all. There was no ringing and no delivery on the scheduled day.
There was also no clear information given about what was going to happen to the package then.
Bpost to be avoided at all costs.

So, I ordered a large print of The Annunciation by Fra Angelico from a very large and popular American "art/poster" site advertising giclee print quality. The quality for a large print was atrocious. They refunded me when I sent pictures of the blurry print vs. a Wikipedia commons representation. They stated they couldn't do better. At least I got to keep the frame to reuse.

I turned to MeisterDrucke and emailed inquiring about the fidelity of the image in a 30 x 40 inch print of the same fresco. They confirmed (in English, I don't speak German) that the print department could pull off a very high fidelity image, so I took the plunge.

Amazing quality. Could not be happier when it arrived. Night and day difference from the American website. Meisterdrucke has my highest recommendation. I will use them again.

I rate Meisterdrucke very positively. However, scrolling through the 69505 available artists is impossible (after stopping, it starts again from scratch). When asking for a certain artist you also get a number of works by others which makes it confusing (e.g. search Ros = also Rops, Rose etc). Why do you refer to Belgium as Belgique?
