Matthias helped me to completely rethink my website from a sales psychology perspective. That's exactly what was missing before. Clear, structured, and to the point. What's particularly helpful is that he doesn't think in terms of "beautiful texts," but consistently in terms of impact, decision-making, and benefits for the customer. I really like that.

He also offers Kompass-sponsored training and continuing education courses, which makes working with him very attractive from a financial standpoint as well. His YouTube channel also regularly provides really good, practical input that is entertaining and substantial. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to sell without compromising their values and attract the right customers in the process.

I got up extra early at 4 a.m. and traveled three hours to get there - and it was more than worth it! After the first hour, it was clear to me that this was going to be a very special day that I wouldn't forget.

As a young entrepreneur who has only been in business for six months, I received a very appreciative and helpful welcome from everyone. Exciting insights, new perspectives and an impressive quality of participants - exclusively experienced entrepreneurs at eye level.

The food was also a dream. My little poodle Tommy and I felt completely at ease. We would love to come back!

- Knowledgeable about the topic
- Good camera and sound quality
- Interactive session

Negative:
- Not my type of humor
- Focus too much on passing the exam and not on content
- Introductions too long, especially since the time of the training was short anyway (trainer himself is aware that time is too short, but he can't help it).
- I didn't understand the purpose of some of the group activities, could have been explained better if necessary
- Possibly more practical examples in the real world for theoretical content would be useful

You can really tell that he knows what he's talking about.
I find it very good that he can explain many things based on his own experiences.
The course is very varied. Group work is extremely helpful in understanding things.
Funny stories in between lighten the mood. :-)

(All in all, a lot of input and a lot of technical terms in very little time)
