The course with Jessica "Lebendig, Leicht, Leben" exceeded my expectations! It was a great and valuable experience for me to take part in. The motto LIVING LIGHTLY to get a new impulse, a new direction for the new year totally appealed to me. Yessie designs the course very personally and gives you so much power and good humor in addition to the actual content that a feeling of real connection arises. I have found the tools and questions that I can ask myself that will definitely help me to see my current topic more clearly so that I can act in a more focused way. Thank you so much Yessie 🫶

It was my first coaching session, "Living Lightly ", and I am thrilled. Right from the start, Jessi was absolutely warm, personable and authentic in every way, which made it easy to open up. I attended the Thai yoga masseuse seminar with Jessica over 3 days.
With her vast experience, she taught us both the theoretical and practical basics.
You can tell that she is not just doing a job, but that she is passionate about it.
She created a safe space in which we could practise everything and give each other constructive feedback. There was also plenty of personal time and lots of fun.
It's amazing what we learned in such a short time! I really feel like I've come a whole step further.

The weekend with you and the group at the TYM training was unique and I will certainly need weeks to let all the emotions and impressions from you and the group, and of course from my own, sink in.

My training with Jessica was a complete success. Her loving and cheerful manner makes the courses something special. The content nourishes body, soul and spirit. I have learned a lot for life and can apply it very well in everyday life. Jessica explains the topics in such a way that really everyone can understand and apply them. I had a lot of fun and haven't laughed as much in a long time as I did during this training with Jessica. The time I spent training to become a dance and movement teacher was something very special for me - and you, dear Jessica, helped to shape this space with your unique presence and energy in a way that touched me deeply.

Your feeling for movement, people and the atmosphere in the room was palpable for me in every session. You didn't just convey content, you opened up spaces - for expression, for connection, for inner processes. You were always genuine, clear and at the same time so sensitive in dealing with everything that was there.

I felt seen, accompanied and encouraged - without pressure, without judgment. Just being allowed to be, to get moving, to discover new things - that was a gift for me.

Thank you for your way. Thank you for walking this path with us. It was unique!

I was able to train as a dance and movement teacher with Jessie.

A lecturer with heart, an incredible wealth of experience and knowledge. The topics were worked on together in a very lively way using practical activities. We were able to try out a lot of things under her guidance.

Jessie picks up the participants where they need it. .
She was always appreciative.

I take a lot of know-how with me and look forward to putting it into practice.

Anyone who has the course with Jessie is in very good hands.

This instructor is far more than just a technically competent teacher - she is an inspiring personality with an exceptionally warm charisma. Her positive energy can be felt in every moment and has a contagious effect on the entire group.
What makes her work so special is her holistic view of the subject of relaxation: she does not reduce it to a specific method or technique, but conveys a profound understanding of the various approaches - always with a view to the big picture and the person in their individual totality.
The training was not only instructive in a professional sense, but also a journey to oneself. You not only learn techniques for relaxation, but also how to better reflect on, understand and accept yourself.
You can feel with every word that she lives her work - with full dedication, passion and from the bottom of her heart.
I can recommend her wholeheartedly and without any hesitation - a real stroke of luck for anyone who wants to embark on this journey of further education.

The training with Jessi was a very enriching and inspiring experience for me. I was particularly impressed by the complexity of the content and the way she interwove theoretical knowledge with self-awareness and personal processes.

Jessi has an impressive amount of knowledge and experience, which she conveys in a lively, authentic and extremely accessible way. She manages to explain complex issues clearly and vividly, while always leaving room for individual development and group processes.

Her flexibility, clear presence and keen perception made me feel seen and supported both as part of the group and as an individual. Her way of teaching was not only informative, but also very lively, attentive and touching.

All in all, it was a great and highly recommended training course that enriched me both professionally and personally.

I took part in a dance and movement teacher training course with Jessi as my instructor in July 2025. The training with Jessi exceeded all my expectations. We got to know so many different exercises and of course tried them out ourselves, discussed them and reflected on them. Jessi was able to give us practical examples for all questions and topics and convey technical and theoretical facts just as competently. She also had an inexhaustible pool of exercises, materials and examples of variations, taking into account the different target groups. I was also able to take a lot away from this training for my personal development. In addition to this really impressive professional expertise, Jessi is a wonderful person and infected us all with her zest for life and we all had an unforgettable time with her as a group.
Anyone who is allowed to work with her in the future can already look forward to it.

She is an authentic, competent lecturer and incorporated many different impulses and movement activities into the training. Absolutely recommendable, you are in really good hands with her.
