Everyone should be entitled to a high standard, but Röltgen provided us with professional assistance with a very significant problem last year in 2025. From the telephone consultation to the colleague in production who sacrificed his lunch break and the express delivery to the construction site the next morning. We would use them again anytime!

Product is good, but to reach the correct person is difficult. In the past, it used to take long time get answers to technical questions. Also, customisation of the product to suit our application is generally not encouraged. I hope, Roltgen will enable more communication between customers and technical persons so that we can get better experience of their products.

Thank you very much for your review. We cannot really see where there were technical issues with the last order, as it was a repeat order. The only thing that could have happened is that the handover from Ms Krupp to Mr Bittlingmayer did not go as smoothly as it should have when Ms Krupp retired. If this was the case, we apologise. We will definitely take this as an opportunity to improve communication with the customer.
