Müller Küchen

The kitchen was installed by two very nice and competent employees. The kitchen was installed in Lüneburg, which meant more work for the company. Nevertheless, everything was carried out quickly, competently and reliably. Minor repairs were carried out promptly and reliably. I have not yet had to use the customer service. The kitchen meets our expectations and is of very high quality.

I bought an oak kitchen here 35 years ago and have never regretted it. Despite moving house after 20 years it is still in very good condition, that's what I call quality. The service from Müller Küchen is perfect. I can only recommend this company.

After excellent planning, we were very disappointed with the installation and the overall service on site. Müller Küchen replaces damaged parts without any ifs and buts, but this required a total of 7 appointments - and the agreed time frames were not adhered to at any of them. The statement on the website "We produce 100 percent of our kitchens ourselves in Germany" is also misleading to say the least. We were told several times that the fronts of our kitchen were supplied. The quality of the kitchen is nevertheless good.

We bought our kitchen directly from the factory in 2015. The price is certainly a little higher but still the kitchen gives us great pleasure. Everything still fits, nothing wobbles, still looks like the first day.

Furniture really top quality, but depending on the budget caution in the selection of electrical appliances. We got rather weaker ones and did not learn everything about possible alternatives, which might have led us to optimize something. Overall - and this is the core message - clearly better than the advice in 0815 kitchen studio or furniture store.

Quality, range and design are really excellent.
Unfortunately, it hangs in the processing, coordination and organization is not necessarily the strength of Müller kitchens. The delivery and installation is highly dependent on the day, sometimes sloppy. The accessibility of customer service is definitely in need of improvement. Nevertheless, I would recommend Müller Küchen, even if the price is too high for what is delivered.

It was super to be supplied over the last summer with rental equipment until the right equipment came. Many thanks for that.

We were certainly a "hard case": we appreciate a good design, cook a lot and therefore like it practical. Since we planned the kitchen in the course of a core renovation, our budget was already strained anyway... Our Müller kitchen did justice to us in all points.

Despite the not very large kitchen space, our ideas were very well implemented in the planning.
The assembly work was excellent good.
We gained a lot of additional storage space. Every available cm outside the standard dimensions was used optimally.
For planning , compilation and choosing the design was taken a lot of time, pointed out technical, functional, optical advantages and disadvantages that you do not necessarily recognize as a layman.
Very good communication. Questions were answered immediately.
To this day, we are thrilled with the kitchen.
We can recommend Müller-Küchen and team at any time.

Advice in the planning partly a little cumbersome. Construction and connection of the kitchen excellent. The service has room for improvement in terms of response times, otherwise in case of complaints a high degree of flexibility in finding solutions. Gladly again!

Mr. Lappe planned our kitchen on recommendation. Thank you for his patience and the regular change requests we have brought. The result has given us new joy every day for several months. Shortly after the kitchen we then ordered the cabinet with photo motif. It is now called a lion cabinet and is the eye-catcher in the living room. Many thanks also to the installers, who have worked very cleanly.

My kitchen was fully planned and built according to my ideas. The consultation was really great. Creative solutions were found that I had not thought of before. Already in the exhibition I had a high-quality impression of the kitchens that the company builds itself, but when my dream kitchen stood, I was even more convinced of the quality and workmanship. My whole environment wanted to come over directly after the construction and examine the new kitchen and everyone is enthusiastic. I can only recommend the company and would always buy a kitchen there again. The tambour cabinet is my personal highlight and perfect for my breakfast. Everything is now super structured and tidy! I now have even more storage space than before, although the room is quite small. Thank you very much for the excellent service.

Processing has worked well and reliably. Quality of the kitchen is top. With the drawer under the drawer there were a few problems, but it was solved to our satisfaction. Thank you very much.
