The free training courses from KlickTipp are my personal burner and by no means a matter of course. Whereas with other providers I have to write 15 emails or pay a lot of money, here I always get great support in building campaigns, tagging sales and even in-depth questions about DMarc. And all this in an incredibly friendly environment. For me, this is THE reason to stay with KlickTipp and to recommend it to everyone.

What is particularly impressive is that the scope of services and service support is constantly expanding.
With KlickTipp, you are not alone with a challenge, but with excellent support.
The integration and networking with countless other systems for networking and further automation is also excellent.

Klicktipp is not only - as far as I can tell as a beginner so far - very comprehensive, offering lots of analyses etc., but also: There is a lot of training material when you start with Klicktipp - and personal calls in small groups or individually! There is full support. Really good. That's one of KlickTipp's USPs. 100% recommendable. I was just on a call with Mike Zimmermann. THANK YOU!

I am at the beginning of my journey with KlickTipp and have therefore not yet evaluated the implementation. So far, all my expectations have been exceeded. I would also like to see such a focus on customer benefit and personal support from many other companies. I am a newcomer to email marketing and at 78 years old I am no longer the youngest, but so far I have been able to understand everything well and prepare it for implementation. There is a clearly structured, easy-to-understand introduction corresponding to the scope of the program, comprehensible instructions and free training and, as the icing on the cake, personal support and assistance. This makes getting to grips with this extensive program with its ingenious features a real pleasure. Many thanks to all those who make this service possible! :-)
PS: I have been following KlickTipp for a long time and am very impressed by the innovative power of this company! Chapeau and continued success! You have earned it!

The AI Masterclass on 24.10.2025 was sensationally good. Rarely have I received such a strong AI presentation and deep dive into automation with Make. Matthias van den Nieuwendijk as a speaker is an absolute board. I learned a lot, even though I already knew a lot about AI. Thank you very much.

I haven't finished the course yet, so I can't yet answer all the questions with very good. I think it's very good that the course appeals to several senses. E-mails with explanation and instructions, video and pdf download. What irritated me at first were the different headings in the emails and in the course. I also still receive normal promotional emails about the MasterClass from time to time, even though we had already bought it. That was and is sometimes confusing.
I find it very good that I can also ask my specific questions in the Q+A training courses. Mike always goes to great lengths to explain everything clearly. Many thanks for that.
