Perfect from start to finish, I am very satisfied with the beginning of our collaboration. Everything was transparent, informative, competent, fast, and very friendly. From the very first phone call, they were very personable and the process was great, with communication continuing even over the weekend. That's not necessarily a given. Now we hope that we will never have to make a claim, but with a competent broker like Mr. Höft, I am completely relaxed about that :-).

We have been working with Christian Höft for a number of years and have moved all our contracts (D&O, pecuniary damage liability, etc.) to him over time because we are really very satisfied. The advice is very comprehensive and individual. As a small consultancy in the healthcare sector, he has also supported us very well with products that are important to us (e.g. cyber insurance) but where other insurance brokers have often been unable to advise us satisfactorily.
