At the end of November 2025, I contacted Dr. Pfaller's practice to discuss upper eyelid surgery, which I had been considering for some time. My initial questions, concerns, and fears were taken seriously and answered as far as possible during our first friendly telephone conversation. Despite the practice being very busy, I was quickly given an appointment for a consultation. Dr. Pfaller took the time to explain and discuss everything in detail. He also recommended CO2 laser treatment of the lower eyelid to achieve a harmonious, natural result. This was then offered to me at a lower price as a package deal. After I had studied all the documents at home and made my decision about the surgery and CO2 laser treatment, I was offered a suitable surgery appointment shortly thereafter. Any questions I had, especially when filling out the necessary forms, were always answered promptly, patiently, and competently. On the day of the surgery, I had the impression that I was being operated on by a well-coordinated and professional team in a modern and well-equipped practice. The surgery went smoothly and, as expected, the aftercare was careful and conscientious. Dr. Pfaller was always available, friendly, and helpful. I am very satisfied with the result and my expectations were more than fulfilled, not only in terms of a younger, fresher appearance, but also in terms of my now larger field of vision. Of course, you have to follow all the instructions for the initial period after the operation and also carry out the aftercare at home carefully in order to achieve a successful healing process and the best result. For those who may be interested, I would like to note that if you decide against treatment with Dr. Pfaller, there is a moderate fee for the consultation, which I think is justified. I had to pay for the surgery preparation privately through my family doctor, as I had not submitted a request to my health insurance company, but I probably would not have received approval or additional benefits anyway. The anesthesiologist also issues a separate invoice for the surgery, which is calculated on an hourly basis. The cost of medication and creams must also be taken into account. I am very satisfied with the current result after about two months and would have the same treatment performed again at Dr. Pfaller's practice at any time.

I had been struggling with my lower chin area for years, especially when talking, part of my chin tilted downwards in a strange way. Dr. Pfaller took care of the problem and we removed a lower part in an operation lasting almost 2 hours. Today we removed the stitches and I can only say that it looks very nice and I'm super happy. I had an appointment for a lower eyelid lift with CO laser about 4 weeks ago. After talking to Dr. Pfaller, I decided to go for it and not have surgery. Before the procedure was carried out, I was then advised to have autologous plasma for better healing and an injection to reduce collagen and give me a radiant appearance. I then went to a clinic where I could have been operated on by a specialist. The fact is that I was taken by surprise, given a slip of paper to sign and off I went. I wasn't even given a proper invoice. Unfortunately, I look worse than ever and I only hope and wish that the swelling and even worse discoloration around my eyes will get a little better over the next few months. The practice and its team are great, but unfortunately the work they do is not to be recommended. A lot of money for nothing.

Liposuction of the upper and lower abdomen, supported by a special vibration technique. Small, annoying accumulation of fat that simply could not be removed by training and a change in diet.
The result is absolutely great, I wore a compression belt for 3 weeks. I slept for about 1.5 hours during the operation and then had myself picked up.
Team and atmosphere very nice, initially some pain in the area in question, now (after 2 weeks) no or little pain.
You get used to the belt, medication was no longer necessary after 5 days. Good healing so far, especially the scars, which I was most afraid of, already look good.
Swelling and edema were a bit scary at first, but they went away as quickly as they came.

Dr. Pfaller was my personal savior in an emergency. I had a lot of deline in both breasts, which had to be taken out immediately. In an outpatient surgery, Dr. Pfaller was able to close my fistula and flush out a lot of foreign material using JetLavage. I felt safe and in very good hands at all times. The entire team and Dr. Pfaller provided me with excellent care. In my emergency, Dr. Pfaller immediately got me an anesthesia appointment and was available for me at all times. It is very rare to have that these days. I was very pleased with the work and I was helped for the time being. As discussed, I then had the remaining material including scarred or encapsulated tissue surgically removed in the USA. Thanks again to the team and Dr. Pfaller.

Breast enlargement by Los Deline, 200ml per side

With great fear and skepticism, as well as a chicken breast (keel breast), I am firstly already decades dissatisfied and it can also not the classic variant of breast augmentation with silicone in question, because I did not want in any case a put on breast as a result.

At Dr. Pfaller I first came across the possibility of having my breasts enlarged using Aquafiller. After a long zoom call and another phone call, I was convinced that I had found the right doctor and the right method for me.
