Hr. Krauß hat sich mit besonders viel Geduld um meine Angelegenheit gekümmert. Ich bin alles andere als eine "einfache" Kundin, und dennoch hat er nicht aufgegeben :-).
Die Beratung war top, und hat am Ende genau das Ziel erreicht, was wir angepeilt haben, ich würde sogar sagen, mehr als erwartet.
Hr. Krauss hat sehr viel Zeit investiert, um mich vom "Richtigen" zu überzeugen, dafür bin ich ihm sehr dankbar. Ohne seine sympatische Hartnäckigkeit hätte ich mich evlt. nicht zu diesem Schritt entschieden.
Ende gut Alles gut... tip top würde der Schweizer sagen.

Gegenstand der Beratung war die Bewertung einer laufenden Kapitallebensversicherung hinsichtlich der Optionen Weiterführung, Beenden und Widerruf (rechtliche Bewertung durch einen eingebundenen Fachanwalt).
Die Ergebnisse waren transparent, schnörkellos und ohne unrealistische Versprechen (in der LV-Widerrufbranche durchaus ein Problem). Fazit: Seriöse Beratung mit Mehrwert.
