I found the opportunity to test the online tool (Mural Board) before the seminar very good and helpful.
The trainer's calm, unhurried manner was contagious. The assistance with technical problems with the board was very good: everyone was able to use it during the seminar. Despite it being an online seminar, I didn't feel the need or have the "leisure" to check my emails in between.
