I've had two encounters with Josie and Shannon and both turned out really great. Our first time was when my parents neededto sell their house in Norwood quickly and we decided to call we buy houses companies in the area. I called a lot and most of them offered me a different price when they gave me the contract. ASAP Properties was the only company who came out and gave us an offer on the spot and also gave us a contract for that price. We had a number we needed and they offered us that. Dealing with Shanon and Josie based on our expeirence with other companies is very different -- they did everything they said they would do and since they are the owners there was no back and forth. We really liked the expeirence and so when my cousin had to move out of state and needed to sell his house we called Shannon and Josie again. My cousin couldn't be happier with all the help that ASAP Properties did for him and now he can go to North Carolina without having to worry about dealing with his house in CLifton. This is a great company! We are happy to refer them to anyone who needs help selling their house.

Fantastic team of real local residents that took care of everything. It was as easy as shopping at Target! We were closed in a week and a half and no hiccups whatsoever. My last agent never came close to this level of service.
