How do you write a positive review without it looking like a bought review?
We find estate agents suboptimal (to put it mildly), they copy an exposé a few times and, in the event of success, hold out their hand ... Customer benefit is rather secondary.
But then we came across Marvin Albrecht, who is a great exception, when we bought an apartment! He arranged the purchase of the apartment and also sold our house to finance it ... No problem according to him. And EVERYTHING was no problem: from the presentation of the apartment including 3D tour and immediate provision of all necessary documents (utility bills, minutes of owners' meetings, ...) on the Internet to the preparation of the data of our house (also including 3D tour, measurement, etc.) and finally the sale.
From start to finish, it was super relaxed and perfectly supervised ... and the work done by Marvin Albrecht from the preparation of the exposé, the property valuation and the energy certificate, the viewings to the buyer (pre-)selection is second to none! We will probably never buy or sell a property again, but if we did, this estate agent would be our first choice ... yes, he costs money but he is worth every penny ... 7 out of 5 stars.

We had Marvin assist us with our real estate financing and could not have wished for a better partner at our side.

He was always available and took every question seriously, no matter how small. He explained everything to us with a lot of patience and never just presented us with something, but took the time to ensure that we really understood what we were deciding. That's exactly what gave us a feeling of security.

He also found suitable solutions in a constellation that was not entirely straightforward - so we were able to make a safe decision in the end.

Communication was open, reliable and always on an equal footing. We felt that we were in good hands all round and would recommend Marvin with a clear conscience.
